downloadable WOrding forms
For your convenience, I’ve created a pre-formatted example spreadsheets and documents that you can download for the following pieces of wedding day stationery: Alphabetized Seating Chart, Place Cards, Menu and Program.
Please scroll down and click the button to automatically download the file. If you can’t find it, check your “downloads” folder or search your computer for “Concertina Press”. You’ll need a spreadsheet program like “Excel” or “Numbers” or a word processing program like “Word” or “Pages” to open the files. Please rename the file to include your name.
When you’re ready to order, you can upload the files onto the Wedding Day Stationery Instant Quote Form.
Place Cards
Spreadsheet format: 2 or 3 Columns
Column 1: Name
Column 2: Table
Column 3: Entree (Optional)
Most common is one name per card. If you’re including two people’s names on one card, put the guest you know best as the first name. You can organize this list by Table, don’t worry about alphabetizing this list because they will (regrettably) get out of order during production. It will only take a few minutes for your wedding planner, or a helpful bridesmaid or groomsman to fold and alphabetize them for you at your reception.

Menu
Text or Word Document
There is no specific format for your menu, so if your menu is different than my template, that’s ok!

Program
Text or Word Document
For a tall-double sided program, use the templates below to make sure everything will fit. The church program is perfect if you’re having a traditional ceremony with the Liturgy of the Word, Rite of Marriage and Liturgy of the Eucharist.

Let me know if you have any formatting questions. I have created literally thousands of menus, programs, and place cards, so I bet I know the answer, and if not, I'll find it out!
