Payment METHODS

I accept credit card payments securely via my website or through my online invoicing system. The secure payment processor I use is called Stripe, the same payment processor used by Lyft, Instacart, Target, Booking.com and NPR among thousands of others (fun fact I didn't know until I looked it up just now!). I never see or store your credit card numbers.

A design deposit is required to start your order, but you won't be billed for the remaining balance until after you review your completed proofs and are ready to send your order to print.

If you'd prefer to use another payment method such as Paypal, or personal check, let me know!

Shipping

My usual turnaround is two weeks from when proofs are approved for print and your final balance is paid. I ship via USPS Priority mail with signature confirmation, or via Fed Ex, depending on the type of order.

Why signature confirmation? These days package theft is an unfortunate problem. With signature confirmation on your package, you can rest assured knowing that if you're not at home to sign for your beautiful stationery, the mail carrier will bring it back to the post office to be stored securely for you until you can arrange online for a re-delivery, or pick it up in person at the post office. It also means not having to worry about the weather!

Note for International Buyers: United States Postal Service rates for shipping on wedding invitations quite high. Contact me if you'd like a quote on international shipping.

International Buyers are responsible for all customs payments or VAT due, I cannot mark items as "gift". It is the responsibility of the buyer to know the customs regulations and taxes for their own country.
